I am struck by the omission of any mention of Paul Johnson. I can't believe he would let such a tragedy pass without comment. Thomas was arguably the best recruiting job Johnson did at Georgia Tech, and then backed it up with go-make-a-play downfield. Anybody know anything?

Coach johnson also attened the ceremony at west laurens high with his familyI am glad to hear that. Thanks.
I found it strange that while everybody who barefly knew Thomas in the pros was quoted extensively, it never occurred to anyone tio talk to his college coach whose offense propelled him into the pros.Coach johnson also attened the ceremony at west laurens high with his family
Yeah my guess johnson knowing bet bet kept most of his comments to the private ceremony. Sort of like he did within adams.I found it strange that while everybody who barefly knew Thomas in the pros was quoted extensively, it never occurred to anyone tio talk to his college coach whose offense propelled him into the pros.
What? This is certainly not the thread for the coaching debate.
“long live DT”
Probably not the tribute I would have used
“Never Forget DT“ is more appropriate. You don’t say “long live” about someone who is deceased. What about that is negative? I'm pretty certain it's about the memory of DT.
There we go with the all-inclusive conclusion. Some religions would.“Never Forget DT“ is more appropriate. You don’t say “long live” about someone who is deceased.
