How this looks for our acc 25 schedule.

Our last few hs recruting classes have been in top 25%...

This portal class we are in top 25% and we don't play anyone in the top 25%. We play 3 teams in bottom 4 and 3 teams in 25% to 50%.

It seems like we are spending money to be just behind the crazy money FSU , Mia, UNC types.

If we have strong year and spend a little more relatively in the portal we could be seen as relevant.

I mean, the tweet the article is linked in explicitly says he’s already visited Cincy, Kentucky, and Wisconsin. You’re reading the headline correctly. He’s visiting Tech after he’s already seen other P4 schools

Yes, the way it is written just sounds like he’ll visit P4 schools, and then an ACC school, as if the ACC school is not P4.

I think it’s just insinuating he’ll see an ACC school after visits to schools in the other 3 P4 conferences. Cincinnati - Big 12, Wisconsin - B1G, Kentucky - SEC. There’s only 1 P4 left, just happens to be the ACC. I can agree the headline isn’t very well-written, but I don’t think there’s anything to read into it

Are we changing up our front seven and going for more athleticism across the board there? van den Berg is already pretty athletic for a really big man.
Watching NDs DL in the playoff games they seem to really move around a lot, seem to be very mobile and athletic and obviously very effective. Don't know just asking the question.
Is Alexander known to be athletic, might be somewhat of an indicator?

Honestly I think good edge guys are the key for our D to really improve again next yesr. Without them, no pressure on passes and we’d need Deion Sanders (in his prime) x 4 to defend the pass without pressure.

Most of them are one visit to the meal table from being 300lbs.

Put an offseason of S&C in, and all but maybe one of them are probably at or over a solid and healthy 300 lbs.

Would like another 3 year or more out of high school. The ol games and hand fighting take a big up tick when we play better teams. Also , it takes time to learn our system. And bumps and bruises add up


If we are young maybe we will play simple; fast, in gap rush and let lb hold thier own. Risky but if this is our group, they should be good by end of year when se loose 1 guy.
