I would get there at 6:30 just be safe. Plus if you are going to eat, it is good to get your order in before things go crazy.

You can probably survive on $20 if you are frugal. It's a great night!

You could eat (entree) for around $12-15. If you drink, obviously it will be more. It is free to attend.
