He can't field a defense, but the offense has been fine.

I want us to hire a defensive minded coach who gets after the recruiting hard.

We are a top 20 offense even with the worst passing QB we've ever had at the helm and with guys that, but for unfortunate circumstances, would have been 3rd and 4th string at BB. Wow.
