I don't want to turn this into a weather.com debate but the only game where it might be above the 70's is Tulane. Alcorn is at night, ND is in Indiana and late September Durham will be a little chilly.
If I were a betting man, I would bet that at kickoff, you would be 0-3.

In all seriousness I just looked up the average highs. For Atlanta in September it's about 80 and only 74 in South Bend. That's some obscure stuff I never thought I'd look up.
Yes, South Bend is a lot cooler the last week of September. Also, I'm assuming afternoon games for all except Alcorn State and no rain.
