I don't see how Navy could join when the Army/Navy game is played after the ACC CG?

#5. The most important thing for the ACC, cause it will drive the most money, is a strong ND. Right now, ND in the coastal is a no brainer, with BC as the permanent. Or they will swap Pitt for BC.

Or even better drop divisions. Every team gets two permanent opponents Otherwise round robinish.

It's such a big rivalry that they haven't played since 2000. It was a pretty big deal at one time, and could be again, perhaps, but it's not there now.
