What is it with fans of this program and the infatuation of bringing back coaches from years, sometimes decades ago? Why don’t we dig up Heisman while we’re at it and get the biomed kids to reanimate him. The game has changed significantly. Key and his staff will find the right candidate for the future of Georgia Tech football - and hopefully it won’t be a 70 year old who had success with the program 20 years ago.

Mind if I clip 'n save this post for whoever has the courage or audacity to suggest Ted Roof? I know it's coming...

Oh.you’re serious?

Sorry, but the game has left Tenuta behind. His last couple of gigs as DC his defenses got eaten alive.
I had to suffer thru the BC game where Matt Ryan picked the Tenuta defense apart. And that was a pretty "traditional" offense. Now image RPO and zone read and all the new schemes that are taking over...a zone blitzing scheme might be the worst possible tactic against current offenses. Tenuta was a good DC, but between his tactical limitations and his infamously *****ly demeanour, the game has left him in the past...

YES
But what do you think about uga in athens where we whip uga for all but 5 minutes and lead 28 to 13 and then play 3 man line with soft zone.
Some of us are still seeking clousure and cling to old blitz.

Watching the nfl playoffs - i see a lot of teams play our offense. No one has a 3 man line with soft zone.
GROH was Fianly fired because MTSU stole our signals. He believed in dl dominate and rwad that means Gt needs a stud NT.

I am pretty bummed out about - just before spring our dc leaves for lessor level coaching and we have youth movnent in dl.

WTF.

I see you guys after spring training gets
