GtNavy,
I completely get it.
I'm definitely optimistic but that's not to discount how ticked off and frustrating watching the last three games has been.
I simply had to step away yesterday and take my kids to the movies cause the tv may have had an early trash exit
It was a good thing that the tech fans were on the 3b side as I was chippy Tuesday night.
I can't or won't let three poor performing games override an otherwise outstanding season.
With Uva, Duke, and Louisville all coming up (All likely to make the tournament), the team has a chance to secure not only a host site but a possible national seed.
For this deep into the season, couldn't ask for much more.
We have flaws but so does every other team out there.
Biggest thing is just avoid the sweep. Hitting is contagious so we need someone to rally the troops today.
Only positive thing is we haven't had to use the pen much this weekend including Paden or Patel so we should be ready to go today.
The slumps are inevitable. That doesn't mean I don't get pissed and salty at times. But like playing poker, have to put up with the bad variance to go along with the good. We won some close games this year where the other team had many more LOB / lower WHIP. At least Amstel Gold race is on (free in Australia)
