Bill O’Brien is my ‘not’. I watched him dismantle the Texans because he didn’t know what he didn’t know. His college HC situation at Penn State was IMO easier than some thought. He had a good talent pool of Penn State loyalists, and he could motivate with an ‘us against the world’ line. First chance he got, he left there for the NFL.

I will die on the Bill O’Brien was a good coach in the NFL hill. his downfall was him being essentially GM and HC. Dude won a playoff game with Brock Osweiler and only had 1 losing season in the NFL
