Sadly, Jemea was released from the Patriots roster today.
Jerry Attaochu with the Chargers, Brandon Watts with the Vikings, & Louis Young with the Broncos.Crap! Does that leave anyone else from last year?
Oh yeah, duh.Jerry Attaochu with the Chargers, Brandon Watts with the Vikings, & Louis Young with the Broncos.
I doubt he makes the practice squad. He didn't play enough because of the injury to earn a spot on that squad, IMO.I kept hearing great things about him from their camp too. I guess being injured made them release him. I see him getting called back to their practice squad and hopefully he heals fully.

And he can get a real job instead of flipping burgers. How about that? Actually, I doubt this means his dream of playing professionally is over. It's just side tracked for a little while. Not necessarily sad. Maybe now he will turn 60 without walking with a cane, not have early onset dementia, lifelong headaches, or be prone to taking his own life in 20 years.
Back in the day, even members of the World Champion Green Bay Packers had to have offseason jobs. How things have changed. And he can get a real job instead of flipping burgers. How about that? And now has been signed with the Cowboys...great spot for him with that week secondary.
He's moving up the NFL suck ladder one step at a time. Hopefully he has a good season and can find a good team next year.As a GT fan, I'm glad to see Jemea catch on with the Cowboys. As a Redskins fan, Jemea is now dead to me.
