I believe he is playing next Saturday. Spoke with him the other day and said he will be back real soon.

Don't know how he got injured or the extent. To wear a boot usually means a severe sprain or hairline fracture. In either case you can expect anywhere from, best case 3 weeks, worst case 8 to 9 weeks out. So I think he is now relegated to a backup role for this season. I hope they will give Oliver the job and let's see what he can do. Johnson just does not seem ready from what I have seen. Oliver will most likely sustain an injury as well as often as he runs the ball and his tendency to seek contact rather than avoid it. We may have to ultimately go with Johnson or burn the freshman Yates redshirt.
