The opponent is not a very good team. They have used a different midweek starter the last few weeks, so not sure who will be on the mound for them. I'm guessing Pitts will start for the Jackets. If he does well, he could still come back and pitch Sat or Sun. At this point, I'd like to see some combo of Par/Gibson/Pitts/Dulaney start Sat/Sun.

What's the good word?

Looks like Pitts. Parr has better numbers (1.3 ERA less) and started mid week last week too. We are giving two ERA runs to the UGAg starter with Pitts. Oh well, hope Pitt's good enough. My suspicion is that Hall is playing Pitts to give him a better shot at the draft. I wouldn't argue with that if my kid was playing for Hall. http://www.ramblinwreck.com/sports/m-basebl/spec-rel/041116aab.html

UGAg not a very good team? True they aren't very good, but they don't stink with a 55 RPI. With our 18th, we will take a hit if we lose at home. It's baseball so anything can happen. http://www.boydsworld.com/baseball/rpi/currentrpi.html

Glad the game is on ESPN3. Can listen to WREK and then get back to check ESPN3 if there is a good play. AMazing how much more accessible games and info are as each year goes by. Something about Moore's Law ..... applied to content too.

We need a minor miracle to come through for the pitching to give us a chance to do well the rest of the year. Need to start Wednesday night.
