The play was reviewed. The ref came on after the TV TO and said the ruling of a Georgia recovery stands. The defender put his helmet into the ball. That is legal. Tough break for GT and it turned the game.

The play was reviewed. The ref came on after the TV TO and said the ruling of a Georgia recovery stands. The defender put his helmet into the ball. That is legal. Tough break for GT and it turned the game.

I am fairly certain kings helmet does not buckle like that if the helmet hits the ball. Thats beyond silly. They reviewed the turnover. Which was a fumble. However targeting was not reviewed. There are a few angles showing the crown of the helmet was forceable contact to kings facemask.

But thats the game. And u need to hang on to the ball. By rule. It’s targeting. It was not reviewed properly because they never bothered to identify it

We made critical mistakes.
Officials made (ridiculously blatant) calls / no calls.
Both can be true and both were required to produce tonight’s result.

I mean my life is pretty awesome and won’t get negatively affected by the outcome of a sporting event that I didn’t partake in. But I’ll still probably never get over the result. I still hate Kyle Shanahan. Guess that makes you a bigger man than me lol
