If you haven't watched the John Wayne movie, "The Quiet Man", with Maureen O'Hara you need to - ASAP. The movie was filmed on location in the little village of Cong which happened to be about 10 miles from where we were staying.......

The river that runs through Cong, great trout fishing....

Here comes an influx of pics before dinner/night out... Before the pep rally we were walking around outside Trinity College and my wife asks "who's that!?". I looked up and said, "Honey, that is Shamire Devine, our starting RG, 360 lbs, walking the streets of Dublin like a boss". Or I wish I said that.

Players were out and about for a good 30 min prior to the pep rally:

Pep rally itself... let's hope that points tomorrow are proportional to fans from each school, so that we will be coasting by the 3rd quarter. Great turnout for GT.

Also met @buzz_wiser© and @Supersizethatorder-mutt. Hope to meet more folks tonight.

Of course, there was one random decked out in a red UGA pullover. I feel somewhat honored however having experienced @buzz_wiser©'s son's reaction to that heinous act first hand... "What are they DOING HERE!?!?!? NOOOO NOOOO NOOOO" - it would have brought tears of joy to your eyes.

I'll try to post some large video files now... looks like GT captured some moments well too. Edit: Nevermind... files are way too large on my phone. D-Mo brought the energy, per usual.

These pictures really have been great. Boston College is one of those teams that just doesn't get me excited but these pictures have made me so pumped for seeing the game. Hope we have subbed out the starters by the time the 4th quarter starts.

An area called the 'Burren', a strange but beautiful landscape, almost 'Alien '. Even on a rainy, windy day the beauty of God's creation is humbling and awe inspiring. We were driving on a highway called "The Wild Atlantic Way" on the way to the Cliffs of Moher.....

The Cliffs of Moher, hurricane winds and raining sideways....

Pep rally was great, and though we missed meeting any of you guys, I did run into an old friend from my GT Band days in the 90s.

Enjoyed the Book of Kells tour also - the Long Hall was amazing.

I get excited for BC...not like UM, uga, and Clem....but I get extra excited for good openers and they are usually a good and hard nosed team....
