I just don’t see any gains by more expansion in the next few years.
What would the BIG or Sec have to gain except splitting the pie into more pieces. If ND makes a move that could alter the equation.

It won't split the pie. Greg Sankey's goal has always been to have the BEST matchups each week (Tennessee vs Alabama last weekend is a good example) that will generate the low end of the average NFL game. If he can do that, he can negotiate MUCH higher broadcasting fees. That's the end game ... not viewership as in a particular local market, but the matchups those markets might want to watch. THAT is what can be packaged and sold.

Better Matchups = Bigger Pie.

I haven't read the TN-AL numbers, but I heard they were huge.
