We have not done a good job of developing linebacker talent. We should have played the backups more in the last 2 years. Eley and Thomas were good but not great. I think we will have to go shopping for some LB talent. Franks, Miguez, Efford and whoever else is shown as a LB on the roster have not played a down, other than Tatum. This has to be a priority in the off season..
