I appreciate the humor but there’s a slight difference between these two office suitors. One is a complete con artist who clearly wasn’t bothered too much by losing. The other guy will not be interested in sticking around if he can’t start winning.

I feel like this is a fairly charitable interpretation of Damon’s intentions, but can’t disagree with the first part of your point. I have a little bit less tolerance for the turnaround of our basketball program if I’m being completely honest.

At some point you have to make it happen. I’m talking progress, not perfection. Yes, I think next year is it.

But… what would you say? It’s easy to toss stones, what would be your estimate?

But isn’t that going to be every year going forward? I don’t like it, but that seems to be basically what college sports have become.

He has not played as consistently this season. Many of his fouls have been setting screens. That is 100% on him. He also has not shot as well this season. He range is still limited and his foul shooting is still below average FT shooter. Still he is probably our most valuable player.

Teams have simply wised up to the pick and roll that he benifited from last year. They just don't bite on the roll part and leave George to shoot. He still plays just as hard. His FT % is down I admit.
