We really need the offense to stretch their legs in this game and see what it can do. Hopefully, one of the QBs starts to stand out and we can focus on one single gameplan going into the bye week.

Vegas has it at -37 with o/u of 61. So predicting 49-12 type game. I’d be inclined to take the U and Cit
Wow. I was looking for this actually. I was thinking -27-28ish with O/U of 50-55 range
I’d be inclined to take Citadel if it stays at 37
We’re struggling to score. They run the 3O.

If we run plays to get film and see how we block them I say 28. It looked like once we got the lead with USF, tech was running plays to see if it would work. We didn’t build off packages with play action as much as I was hoping to see.

41-10 as LJ passes for 150+ and folks still clamor for a different QB.
(Johnson’s 11 pass completions (11-for-17) were the most by a GT quarterback since Justin Thomas completed 11-of-19 passes on Oct. 1, 2016)

The Citadel is 0-2, but both were one-TD losses to FCS #9 Towson and on the road to FCS #23 (or "receiving votes" depending on the poll) Elon. The Citadel is no Alcorn State, and that T-bone offense will eat up some clock.

No clue what to expect in this game; if Tech's offense remains anemic, and El Cid gets up for this game as it did in the first half against Alabama last November, I don't want to even think about how quiet it would be in BDS at halftime. If Tech's offense finally starts to click somewhat, a victory in the range of 17 to 24 points.

Historical aside re Tech - Citadel connections: Bobby Ross was HC at The Citadel from 1973-1977; on his staff then was Ralph Friedgen.
