Some interesting comments on the players "getting bigger", especially the young guys, and now having the #4 and #7 (???) returning scorers in the ACC.

I think the transfers have made up the lack of recruiting. At least for this year with Smith and Jacobs playing we have chance for a decent squad. Unfortunately since we only have guys for 1 year well see how next year goes.

In my opinion, I think that we have the talent and experience to be a tournament team, at least on paper, but we do have a difficult schedule and a lot of proving to do. Hopefully between Tadric being lighter and Jorgensen having his explosiveness back that we can see them getting to the rim and finishing. Tadric had a few jaw-droppers last year, I would love to see some more of that, only this time in traffic! Seriously though, our entire team struggled with missing easy looks last year.

Jacobs should finish more around the bucket than Demarco Cox, and I expect Charles to have a great senior year as well. He hasn't been in this kinda shape since high-school. With regard to the new "Push-the-Ball" mantra, I like the notion and we do have the roster for it now, but I hope that it doesn't turn into ill-advised bad shots (1 on 3's) or turnovers trying to do too much with the ball.

Looking forward to the season. Hopefully they give us die-hard's something to cheer about. Pea and I cannot take another season like last year!

We'll both be drunkards..LOL..

the biggest weakness that jumps out at me is only 1 tweener--MGH -the 6-5 ATHLETE that can drive ,shoot,pass and maybe most important--GUARD the other guys TWEENERS -look at the size of our guards
(oh btw-,forget Stephens for that role)

What jumps out to me is Ogbonda being 7lbs heavier than Big Ben. I thought Sly looked really thin in videos i had seen. Lammers maybe lost a bit of weight?
