While Pastner most often talks about Notre Dame in terms of a blueprint for the program - TN is another pretty good example.
Through 2 games they are playing primarily 7 guys - their 5 starters are 2 SR and 3 JR and their 2 primary backups are a R-So and a So.

They are going to be tough to beat as they really haven't shown any real weaknesses yet in 2 blowouts - 55% FG, 40% 3FG, 70% FT, +8 RB margin, better than 2:1 asst:TO ratio.
Defensively they have overwhelmed their opponents holding them to 30% FG, 25% 3FG and 18:29 Asst:TO.

hope we don't go like kentucky with a 40 point beating. Under 15 with nobody fouling out could be pretty decent performance.

Fwiw, Jose with 35 min was the only Jacket to play more than 26 min vs Lamar.

Let's see what happens.

This thread is enlightening as to how ruined we're going to get on the boards tonight. Hope the guys drank their milk during lunch today.

James Banks just posted “I’m cleared” on his Instagram story. What does that mean??
If he has been cleared, it is HUGE news for the team, IMO. In practice James’ presence on the court makes us a much different, and much improved outfit. His maturity, experience and size add a lot to our young team. Plus he is a really pleasant and engaging young man, with a big personality. James very much wants to play this year, so I really hope that he has been given a waiver.
