Crazy to think about some of my omissions.

Yeah, these plus Bobby Jones (as iceater 1969 mentioned) are slam dunks. Suggest you add Heisman. Later on please consider names like Heppler, Hall, Morris.

We should make it a rule in board that when Al Groh is mentioned it should be S follows: Al Groh (MTSU Score Again!)

That was so awsome to be in texas and stream the game on one computer and watch a chat room on another. We would drive down and score and then they would rip us for long gains and bety quickly score. The posters would post MTSU Scores Again! .
At first it hurt then it became - u have to laugh or u will cry.

Al Groh = One of the most embarrassing defeats in Ga Tech history.

This is definitely a generational think but it would be hard for an impartial observer to leave off any of the four coaches in football all of whom won national championships. Nor would an impartial observer leave off three Heisman candidates in football two of whom were runner ups. Castleberry might be left off but he was a Heisman candidate as a freshman before getting killed in World War II and Dodd always said he was potentially his best all around player.

So my mountain is wider and has room for 6 faces. Bill Curry super bowl starting center...3 time winner. Antonio is 3 time Olympic Medalist and 1986 Goodwill Games Gold Metalist. He was the first black athlete to be a member of the famed NY track club.
