He seems - and seems is a big word here - that he doesn't like Geoff. I agree with you "seems" btw. Do you thinks it's because of things done and said during recruiting or is it because of Dabo's true friendship with CPJ?Three things we don't have entering the game: We don't have Clemson's talent, Clemson's depth, and Clemson's coaching. Dabo is going to be able to swap personnel all game long and keep fresh legs on both lines. I think we get manhandled for most of the game.
Additionally, Dabo has something to prove having lost to Jawja and that's they have a legitimate shot. Add to that, he seems not to like Geoff so I expect a blowout. Something like 49-3 feels about right.
I don't believe it. Tech is a much better team, personnel-wise than the past two years. We are bigger, stronger, more talented, and have more depth. Anything can happen and I'll own that a blowout of this magnitude is possible, but I don't think it's likely. You guys are so funny... lol. Thanks for the comedy.

If Dabo has his hands full Saturday, it's not going to much matter what he thinks. I hope he's going into this game dreaming about how much he can run up the score. it might be to his detriment. He seems - and seems is a big word here - that he doesn't like Geoff. They beat SC State by 46 points with three turnovers and not even trying in the 4th quarter. They could have beaten them by 60 or 70 if they really wanted to. Its hard to take much away from that game.I don’t know why everyone thinks we are going to do worse than SC State did against them. Last year, with Trevor Lawrence et al, they beat UVA by 18, BC by 6, Cuse by 26. They destroyed us last year but I think this years GT team beats last years UVA, BC, and Cuse, and I think Clemson has taken a major step back from last year as well. Yes they’re good but they don’t annihilate everyone they play. I think we at least cover +29.
Did you grow up near Rock Hill? Our former pastor was from there and is a lifelong Carolina Gamecock fan. Fate is cruel sometimes.SC State was a scrimmage. This game is first opportunity for Dabo to make a statement to offset the UGA game. He doesn’t like CGC for some reason. 52-10 Clemson. And for someone who grew up in Upstate SC I can’t tell you how much I hate to write that. For me, beating Clemson is a bigger win than UGA (blasphemy I know).
IF (a big caveat I know) he can run it up, he will. Dabo still cherishes dreams of making the playoffs. The more "statement" games he has the better but I still believe Clemson's fate is out of their hands now.If Dabo has his hands full Saturday, it's not going to much matter what he thinks. I don't know if Dabo has something against Geoff or not but I kind of doubt it. I am pretty sure he took his foot off the gas a couple of times when facing Coach Johnson. What he has done to Tech is nothing compared to what he would like to do to South Carolina. He seems - and seems is a big word here - that he doesn't like Geoff. I agree with you "seems" btw. You keep thinking Butch. That's what you're good at. You see us scoring two touchdowns when Georgia could not even score one. Of course, I watched "Pocket Full of Miracles" the other night, so maybe there is an apple somewhere.I’m going to keep it spicy. And I’m going to provide a reason. Last year, tech shut down the running game against Clemson (etienne had 44 rushing yards). The problem is they had TL. We have the same game plan this Saturday. DJ hasn’t been impressive so far and I’m going to also say he has a particularly bad game Saturday. Their OL isn’t world beating either so maybe we get some pressure and can prevent them from scoring like they have.
On offense, we keep it slow and short to limit their possessions and get the ball out quickly against their stout DL. We end up going deep one play and catching them by surprise and scoring.
Gibbs also returns a kickoff for a touchdown.
14-10 Tech
That is exactly what we want them to think.Side note,
As someone who lives in Clempson territory. Surrounded by season ticket holders. I have not had one person talk to me about the game this year. They really think were irrelevant this year.
I don't like it but I honestly cannot say I blame them.Side note,

I can almost guarentee that Dabo, or any coach for that matter, does not go into a game dreaming about running up the score.I don't like it but I honestly cannot say I blame them.
We are being foolish again. If Swinney actually, honestly, really, truly wanted to "run up the score" he will not play 100 guys and beging subbing in the first quarter, but come after us with ones and twos and name the score. It would take a GT grad to calculate it. Nice excuse for us but if we can't compete Clemson is under no obligation to fake it and make us look better. He would lose his entire team if he pulled that. Face it: we are bad and won't be good for a long spell, if ever under Collins. On the other hand, he loves the players and says it all the time,If Dabo has his hands full Saturday, it's not going to much matter what he thinks. Because we are. 100% irrelevant on a conference and national levelSide note,
