Future OL

[Longestday]

The possible future OL looks extremely exciting. This is not a comparison to the current awesome OL, but just a dreamers look at the future.

Will Bryan, Donavaughn Campbell, Parker Braun, Andrew Marshall, and Trey Klock are a group of very talented young men. I am not intending to leave anyone out, but these are the guys that just jump off the screen and scream "I am a Champion.... I live, eat, and breath domination at my craft".

The next QB is extremely lucky to have such an awesome talented OL paving the way to the end zone.

You are very confident that we land DC. Can you spread some much needed *new* information to board haha?? Can you imagine if rivals bumped Johnson and Braun up to 4 stars , how much excitement it would create . I know that most of us don't care about stars on this board anymore. But I will say the ajc will make a huge deal of it and the general public will start to take notice of Ga Tech a little more.

We always need a good back-up center. He'll play some this year at center or elsewhere. He may be playing some at right guard or center with Freddie at Right Guard when Shamire can't go.

If we do not recruit an elite center in 2016 one will have to come from moving one of the other O linemen. In 2016-2017 you can add Fromayan and Klock and at some point Stickler and Brown should break into the 2 deep as may B Morgan, not mention the three OL comittments in the 2016 class (maybe one of them becomes our center; I personally like Parker for his athletic ability).

I am sooo excited to see some of the young guys up front get some time this year. I hear you, but I haven't seen them with my own eyes yet. I will reserve judgement until I do. On the inside it sounds like the program is pleased with who we have.

A return to the Orange Bowl, or a trip to the playoffs would make our recruiting very interesting.

I'm confident we'll find a good C. That's a spot we have always plugged someone in and excelled at. They don't have to be one in H.S., either. Burden was actually a TE at Statesboro, although in a power wishbone attack.

I understand Sewak starts out all his new O Linemen at center so he probably already knows who the better candidates are. (He just has not told us). I would sure eye Parker B in the future as he is the right size, comes in at the right time, and has the athletic ability, mobility, and smarts.
