How much of this was ACC defenses not knowing how to scheme against the triple option, I wonder... I'm not doubting the talent that was around, but surely that contributed to some degree.

It certainly did...the first few years teams had atrocious schemes against us.

You have to remember, Nesbitt also had a Jon Dwyer to had the ball to as well as pitch to an Anthony Allen and Roddy Jones. That is a great supporting cast. Not trying to take away from any of our current abs and bbs but it is a bit of difference imo.

Roddy jones was pretty good but no much better than what we have now at Aback. I would take Godhigh over Roddy. Ant didn't start til 2009, we had Lucas Cox play Aback then in 08.
