Yeah, he’s going to be really good. The kid is dripping with potential IMO. I just listened to the post game presser, and I do not recall Damon heaving that much praise onto anyone, much less a freshman.He clearly will be a much better player in March than in November. The next few games will be important for him to get use to the speed and athletic ability at the college level.
All 3 freshmen looked, well like freshmen tonight.
The experienced guys all looked much better as one would expect. McCollum, O’Brien and Powell are clearly experienced players who are very nice additions to the team this season.
Good first game.
