I've never done weed (seriously haven't) but it's hard to find a friend who hasn't or isn't. Weed's not a big deal guys... AA needs to relax this rule.

No idea whether it's weed or something else. But certainly all indications are that he was given every opportunity to do the right thing and wasn't naive to the consequences of whatever he was up to. To me that adds up to him having a problem of some kind and not something explained by him being "stupid" or improperly disciplined for his prior behavior. I hope he gets the help he needs.

When it is legal, I am fine with that. No matter how you slant it, marihuana use is illegal in parts of the United States. Knowingly committing an illegal act is never ok for a student athlete.

Fixed that for you. Not illegal in almost half the states now.

Very stupid and archaic rule to suspend someone due to weed. If he is performing well in school and in class, who gives a **** what he smokes.
