I'm in Real Estate and folks have a place in the North GA mountains so just curious.

I believe he's building a house in Grandfather Village in Avery County. This is the same area he's originally from.

No, I'm not a stalker, I happen to live in the foothills of NC, about 30 miles south of that area.
