I'm pretty sure that any algorithm this early in the season has to be using some pre-season guestimates. I think it takes till week 6 to get close to an independent ranking.
The ACC schedule sets up nicely for GT and having ALL Saturday games is going to help out tremendously this year. Next week is a good time for the bye.
