This may not make much sense but it's seems like the D's lately seem to know JT's tendencies and are licking their chops. Perhaps if the QB position got changed up every once in a while it might force the D's to lay back/lay off a smidge, change their tendencies enough to allow that one small opening to appear, and make some gains. What we've got going now makes it look like the D's know what are plays are before we snap the ball.
I think that CPJ is predictable for given down and distances AND knowing how the D has played the last few plays. But having a different QB for the D to prepare for is always a good thing; anything to make the D think more is good.
