Spoke to roster management, facilities, lessons learned as a HC at Temple, etc. 10 min audio.

He did say he would do his best to run an offense to "play good football now". I am not sure what that means, but I am glad he is interested in adjusting to the roster in the early years. I think maintaining Cook and hiring a "longterm" OC and allowing them to be co-OC's could work out. Cook will know the players more than anyone Collins could bring in, and could serve as a bridge while the new system gets recruited to. This could allow for us to maintain our excellence on the offense now while still moving in the direction Collins wants.

Is it just me or did he quite obviously say he's bringing the Temple staff down after their bowl game?

I think the assumption has been that the defensive staff is coming to Tech. There is more uncertainty around the offensive staff. Just my observation.
