And Buster will tell him where he can stick it….

Hopefully. Unless they offer him a boatload of $$$, don't really see the benefit of him going there. It's not he's far from home as is at Tech. Kirby passed him over for Bobo, that's gotta piss him off to some extent I'd think.....

Just pay whatever it takes. Excellent OC. And after King leaves you'll see him design an O around Philo and whatever talent we have.

It depends on what his career aspirations are. If he wants to be a head coach at the highest level then going to UGA is a bit of a no brainer if he ever were to get that offer.

Agreed. He is very good at tooling the offense around the QB and skill players we have. Other than being an hour closer to home at most, don't really see the benefit of going there.

This is a fair point and one I didn't think of. Seems like ole Kirbs has gotten a handful of coaches on his staff HC gigs somewhat quick whether it was his doing or not......Like Arkansas hiring their OL coach a few years back, Pittman. What in the hell did he do to get a HC gig lol

Smart ha a great track record for having guys go on to become HCs.

Mel Tucker - Mich St (fired) / Sam Pittman, Arkansas / Shane Beamer, South Carolina / Dan Lanning, Oregon / Fran Brown, Syracuse / Dell McGee, Georgia State

That is a lot in his 8 years as a HC

CBK needs to get his tree growing soon! We've got candidates for HC gigs like Buster.
Yup - the dilemma is always how much will it hurt to lose Coach "X" vice having assistants good enough to become Head Coaches.

We seem to have a very solid coaching staff across the board now. CNK has done a really good job upgrading our assistant coaches.

Well Buster could say no - unless UGA imbedded an Oder 66 in his brain to force him to join the Dwags at their command..
Ok…but that’s not us doing anything to stop it. That’s Buster stopping it. But if they want him they’re going to pay him so much money we won’t be able to stop it.

Has UGAg ever sent HC’s to Alabama, Notre Dame and the NFL? Not in my lifetime.

Since Georgia looked amazingly dreadful on offense down the stretch, many would say Bobo is on the hot seat. I cannot help but think Buster would be #1 on the short list

Personally, I think Mike Bobo is an excellent OC who just faced an overwhelming defense.
