Yea, what has happened since the Battle 4 Atlantis man?? Talk about a fluke
Teams now have time to scout Syracuse. In the tourny format the back-to-back-to-back games allowed an element of surprise. Just an opinion, but supported by seeing some good teams play like they hadn't seen 'Cuse's roster let alone strengths/weaknesses.
The gameplan vs. Syracuse is simple offensively and defensively - attack the paint, defend the perimeter. 'Cuse has no back-up strategy with 9 scholarship players, only 3 of which play above 6'6", and none of which can create anything consistently on the interior.
Take into account the competition in the Bahamas
I'm not sure what this means. They beat UConn and Texas A&M.
