The Midwest tough? The 4 and 5 seeds are nothing compared to where they were pre-injury. There’s a potential for Syracuse to be playing someone. Kansas draws the easiest 2nd round potential matchup. That’s the only bracket that seems relatively tame.

If that second round match up happens with the Wolfpack, watch for North Carolina State to boat race Kansas.

Every "expert" I've seen has agreed. Midwest is by far the toughest bracket with West coming in second. Nova got the easiest bracket by far

I'd wager Alabama over Villanova before any other 8/9 over 1 matchups. Mizzou over Xavier would be my other possibility just if Michael Porter Jr. decides to show out.

I swear I'm not an ACC homer but I think VT has the best chance. They were up 20+ on a good Notre Dame team before blowing it, and have beaten UVA, Duke and UNC. If anyone is built to take down a number 1 in the 2nd round it's them.

Missouri just lost a really important player in Barnett. Porter didn’t look exceptionally fantastic in his only game back either. Can they beat Xavier? Absolutely. But I give it 85-15 in favor of the Musketeers

So if I am reading this bracket correctly, 1 single Pac-12 team made it into the NCAA Tournament. 2 others (UCLA, Arizona State) made play-in games for the right to make the tournament. UCLA just lost. Arizona State plays Syracuse tonight. So at most, the entire Pac-12 will have 2 teams in the tournament, but may well end up with 1 single team. That is a massive amount of money they are missing out on. I think each game a team plays in sends $1.7M or something back to the conference (paid out over 6 years).

So the ACC has 9 teams. The Pac-12 will have 1 or 2. The ACC could make literally 5-10x as much money. That could be like $40M compared to $5M for the ACC versus the Pac-12. Wow.

Oh yeah I won't be surprised at all when they blow it in the first round, I just like their potential to spring a big upset. The way they can score in transition makes makes them really scary when they're hitting their shots.

Lol what...... They have by far the toughest 2nd round matchup (Seton Hall/NC St), whoever that ends up being.

This may be crazy, but I have VT beating Villanova and Wichita State before losing to Purdue. The East looks like the bracket that could explode.

Missouri is not that great. Don't you think that they'll still take out F$U?

I just saw a post on a different board that reminded me of an interesting opportunity....

Collin "Little Bulls**t" Sexton is a trash talking punk. He has started more on court issues than the rest of the NCAA combined.
VA Poly is not exactly the most mature team and struggles with self control
Put those two on a court together in a win or go home setting....

My question is not whether there is an incident, but whether Sexton will get tossed and/or will Chris Clarke kick his a** and do us all a favor

When did this board turn on Sexton? Was it when we couldn't close the deal and sign him to come to Tech?

I don't think Missouri is that great but FSU is worse. I agree with the 15% chance of an upset only if Porter Jr. just goes off. 1 game back he didn't look great but it was just his first game back.
