I think he's just saying he put his heart and soul into the decision and it's a life decision. Everybody wants to see the field and not ride the pine. Some guys choose to go elsewhere when it's not happening where they are. Not sure this is it, but if I had to guess........

Strange. Would have thought he'd finish out the year if it were an issue of him wanting to transfer. Have to think that he wants to focus on something outside of football, possibly academics. That's how I'd interpret the "as a man" part. He's forgoing what he wants to do in order to do what he needs to.

I do not know Beau but he has been a source of strength and encouragement to my grandson since he has been at GT. Beau has helped and guided him through some very rough times and I appreciate what he has done. Hope Beau continues the course he has chosen and gets that degree in May. I wish him all the best and say thanks.
