Amen brother. The coach and staff needs to concentrate on the basics of football and stop with the silly stuff. The ATL won't go away this year because they are already committed to that slogan. Collins better get this team ready for Saturday because Notre Dame will want to make a statement and they've got a great opportunity with Georgia Tech.
All you guys keep hating on the ATL list cause "it means nothing" when that is the point! The ATL chart is Collins way of cheating the system. As a school you are required to post a depth chart prior to the game but you do not have to list injuries or guys that may be questionable. So Collins puts out this generic list of players who might play in the game to satisfy this requirement with the least amount of information possible. This way the opposing team has no idea who is going to start or even play throughout the game, which adds at least some questions when trying to game plan against Tech. I'm not saying that the other teams don't have at least an idea of who's going to play but why give them more information than they need to use against you.

I mean, who honestly cares what the depth/ATL chart looks like? It has literally zero impact on the game itself. If a team that posts a normal 2 deep chart plays guys who aren’t listed over some do the guys that are, do their fans freak out like the world is ending? The only potential negative with doing the ATL chart is frustrating players who are ATL and not playing, while others who aren’t ATL do. But that same thing can and does happen on teams that post normal 2 deep charts as well. Of everything that can and should be fixed with the football program, the ATL chart is among the last that needs to be looked at.
