500,000 dollars for head football coaches
200,000-250,000 dollars for coordinators
75,000-150,000 dollars for position coaches

Seems that some do it just for the fun of it and some are hoping to break into the big time. Like why does Spurier even to coach now except that he loves it.

That pay will increase if the AAF becomes an NFL minor league system in my opinion

It looks like this could be the first and last season of the AAF............................very sadly
