As well as from any other auto policy of a relative resident within his household that has UM coverage…

In curious how it happened. Sounds like they crossed at the blue lot where there isn't a cross walk. Very dangerous to do so in the city.

The article I read indicated they were crossing at the light but did not have the right of way and the kid got out in front of his dad and sister. The light turned yellow and the Cadillac was coming through the intersection likely trying to beat the red light and hit him.
