Well, that shouldn't stop you from asking your provider why they are not going to carry it. They may not have even received any requests from subscribers to carry it.

“We are currently in negotiations to carry the ACC Network and are trying to keep programming costs down for our customers,” Andrew Russell, Charter’s director of communications in the Northeast told syracuse.com’s Chris Carlson. “We hope to reach an agreement soon.”
