It will be interesting to see how he does when does not have the huge advantage of coaching a team full of grown men.

Very true, he will no longer have access to the young Mormon men coming back after 2 years of missionary work. However, he now has greater access to a much stronger recruiting base than he did at BYU.

My own supposition is that really good coaches are generally pretty good no matter where they end up coaching. Time will tell but I would think this was a very good hire for UVA.

Fedora was just extended 7 years. I would've waited to see what he can do without Williams at QB before extending him that long.

I agree. If he does as well without Williams as Hewitt did without BJ Elder, Marvin Lewis, etc., they'll be sorry.
