Only saw the last 6 minutes of regulation and all of OT. Color me impressed with Price. He has a sweet stroke and played decent defense for a freshman. I love Moore's game. Going to watch a replay tonight. Where's all the basketball discussion regarding last night's game? Did someone I have on ignore start a NC State post game thread?

Here is our upcoming schedule (KenPom rankings in parenthesis)
1) Elon (#330)
2) @Georgia (#54)
3) Arkansas (#35)
4) Bethune-Cookman (#313)
5) Nebraska (#129)
6) Syracuse (#53)
7) @Kentucky (#2)
8) Ball State (#135)
9) Boise State (Hawaii) (#101)
10) Houston or Portland (Hawaii) (#26 or #260)
11) Possible 3rd game (Hawaii) (?)
12) Morehouse in January (X)

If we're going to go 10-10 or better in ACC play, that still implies we need to go 8-2 out of conference to finish around 18-12 to qualify for the post season. (I know we currently can't play in the post season, but we should still try and qualify on paper.)

If we want to finish in the 30s or 40s, we need to win games against teams in the 50s. Arkansas and Houston and Kentucky are 3 pretty tough OOC games.

We are still eligible for all post season play.

Purdue is currently 7th in kenpom, as a results-based metric it needs time to level out according to the season that it is computing...

That is one reason I really like Haslammetrics. It only uses data from the current season without any filler. Before any games are played Abilene Christian is #1 in the country.

That schedule is probably too tough for where the team is now.

nah. Teams that dance play schedules like that

Yup. As much as I'd like to see us win 20 games, if we're playing KenPom teams ranked > #100 we wouldn't get into the tournament anyway. Playing teams in the 30s-50s shouldn't be backbreakers for this team.
