Here's the CBS Sports College Football Bowl Projections. Hale has GT playing Navy in the Military Bowl while Bonagura has GT staying home for the Holidays

I enjoyed GT beating USC in the Sun Bowl when they had a 5-7 record

They were 7-5, we were 6-7 at the time of the game.

We finished 6-6. Backdoor'd our way into the ACC championship game and lost to FSU by 5. We got a waiver from the NCAA to go to a bowl.

A CBS Sports guy predicted Alabama-UGAG in the National Championship Game It will be unbearable for 30 years if UGAG wins the National ChampionshipI'll be rooting for Auburn to beat UGAG and for Alabama to slaughter them in the SECCG The best College Football story this season in my opinion is UAB is going to go bowling in their first season after restarting their football program

They have little chance. That power running game will not work against Alabama. It may not even work against Auburn.

GT against a 6-6 Indiana team would be a pretty good matchup.

In a weird twist of fate shutting down their program for a year might have been the best thing to ever happen to UAB football. They only went to 2 bowl games ever I believe before it. They rallied a lot of support around their team now and got to load up on juco and SEC kids who couldn't start at auburn, LSU, bama etc. they may have ended up with their most talented team top to bottom because of it.

Any Bowl Game is better than being at home for the Bowl Season

I see people saying we shouldn't go to a bowl at 5-6 or we need to bench players and let others play. Come on. That bowl game gets an extra month of practice and reps. This isn't the NFL. Tanking a season doesn't get us a better draft pick or a 5* recruit. These kids bust there *** day after day. If they want a bowl game in a blizzard in Boise on December 18th run it. Everyone complaining will sit and watch like the rest of us...

First you don't use all the practices because we do not practice during Finals . if the bowl game is after Christmas the coach will give them time off for Christmas ( Wanting to say we only used 12 practices last year ,I think you get 15) . That being said I would still watch not sure I would go but would watch.

Too bad GT can't go to the Bahamas Bowl It would be cool to hang out in the Bahamas for a week
