I agree with everything TStan said. Collins recruits are basically either Covid Sophmores or Freshmen and will get better and better. GT has gone from the absolute bottom of the ACC in talent to middle of the road. This wins will come as the talent matures.

It looks like Dave Braine may have been overly optimistic. Maybe GT is a 3-9 team that will bubble up to 6-6 every once in a while.

As an old guy, I would say it’s about having a passion in your life. I’ve lived and died with GT sports for almost 70 years. I still get a queasy feeling of anticipation in my stomach whenever I head to a game. It will be a sad, sad day for me when I am no longer able to go to every game.

FSU and Clemson to the SEC. Miami, North Carolina, Virginia and GT to the Big 10. GT’s best assets are Atlanta market, recruits from Georgia, and, believe it or not, academics.
