    Uniform

I don’t quite follow what you’re saying here...probably just me not reading it clearly. Can you clarify?

    Uniform

I’m almost positive the rules state that the home team has to agree to that (visiting team wearing their primary color) in writing. Which would mean that we (GT) ALLOW red jerseys in our house.

    Uniform

I do have to kind of agree. I know we have a tradition of white shirts at home, but that also ALWAYS allows our opponent to wear their primary color in our house. I’d prefer gold as our home jersey for this reason, but if not gold shirts, I’m ok with these navy shirts, as long as it’s gold...

At 25% off, it would be a good get IMO.

It’s a very light piece, yes. Something to throw on to knock the chill off, or (very literally) a basketball warm up jacket. It’s Adidas, so most have seen how I feel about them (Adidas) overall in these threads, but I do feel it’s a pretty good piece from them.

Is college football near the end as we know it.

I don’t, but if that’s what those schools want, it’s going to happen with or without the NCAA. NCAA is trying to keep some control (aka protect their revenue) with this latest decision. NCAA isn’t the draw, it’s those popular schools (the factories), so the NCAA is going to have to go the...

Is college football near the end as we know it.

And don’t think for a minute that the B1G states wouldn’t quickly follow suit. Ohio St, Penn St, Nebraska, Michigan would not be left out. They would go to the new “money association” as well as fast as they could. Then the teams left over would effectively become like a Division II, which is...

Is college football near the end as we know it.

What happens to the NCAA when, along with California, the states of Georgia, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, Texas, etc all pass legislation allowing SAs to profit off of their likeness? And the NCAA doesn’t, and the schools in those states all form their own new association, thereby taking...

If you mean the one with Buzz on the front, I have it. I find it’s much more closer to being true to size. I wear L/XL in most “normal” fitting Adidas (XL in under Armour all day long), and went with L in this Adidas hoodie for my preferred fit (I like a nice, close/tailored type fit...I don’t...

I’m sorry, I just really don’t see that happening at all.

Is college football near the end as we know it.

Everything so far has been pretty clear to state that they wouldn’t be getting paid for their playing of a sport/performance, so I really don’t see how this pretty big jump could be made. A current student athlete with a job isn’t getting taxed on their scholarship. And if they now get our as a...

Is college football near the end as we know it.

Help me understand how they would be taxed on their scholarships, if they aren’t getting paid by the school? Under what’s being proposed/been passed, they would be getting paid by 3rd parties/not the school or athletic associations. That income would/could/should be taxed, the same as any legit...

Is college football near the end as we know it.

You’re right, there is no limit or rationality to what some with money do for “their program”. Interesting read here: https://www.bannersociety.com/2014/4/10/20703758/bag-man-paying-college-football-players If any of this is true, this guys admits they pay recruits even when they know they...

I don’t see any current coupons, but the past week there have been two different 30% coupons that discounted down from the already 30% discount. So again, it put the tee shirts at $12 or under, and the other adidas stuff at or just below a total of 50% original price. I bought about $200 worth...

Even though all their adidas stuff is navy, they have had a few stackable 30% off coupons the past week. Which have brought the tee shirts down to the $12 per range, hoodies and polos down to around $30 or less. Needless to say I’ve added some navy to the closet. And the Cape Day Onyx Gray...

Okie dokie...I’ve dealt with all 3 companies for many years, and never, ever seen the constant quality issues that Adidas has with UA. UA has a predictable and consistent cut and fit as well. I’ve had many, many more happy customers with UA than with adidas.

I definitely think UA's gold is better. I've said before (I think even in this thread) that the best polo in the bookstore is the gold UA polo. I have that one, and it's my favorite gold GT shirt. Fit, feel, and look of the material is light years beyond any other offered from our...
