  1. Potential Head Coach Hires

Agree 100%. Was a Johnson supporter until about this season when it seemed things were really starting to go downhill. But there is still no denying that Johnson did a hell of a lot for this school and in 08 when he was hired it was a perfect fit.
  2. Welcome Coach Collins!

Just hope all these media reports aren't wrong...don't jump the gun just yet until the official announcement comes out. Still has to pass a background check also Mike Norvell and Seth Littrell also were interviewed @LongforDodd we don't know who else either if any, but there was a lot of...

  5. Potential Head Coach Hires

Here's hoping coach Collins will be announced, seems like a good fit. We all said that a younger coach would be good but also be a stepping stone to something bigger. Well it looks like he's doing that with Temple. Im curious what would happen with Nate Woody, sucks for him to come here only 1...
  6. Potential Head Coach Hires

Until Tstan or an outlet like the AJC breaks the story, I would just keep assuming everything is a rumor
  7. College Football's General Mediocrity in 2018 and the 2014 Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

14 Jackets were good, but look how we did against #2 FSU at the ACCcg that year. Clemson and UGA I would say are much better now than FSU was then, considering it was Winston that was the only big playmaker for them then
  8. Potential Head Coach Hires

From AJC Dear Georgia Tech community, Wow – it’s been an eventful week, to say the least. I know from your emails, phone calls and social media that you have questions about our search for a new football head coach and the announcement that we have been selected to participate in the Quick Lane...
  9. 11 years of building a program...whissed away 1 season

All I can say guys is that we are all getting bent out of shape over rumors right now. Whisenhunt maybe poised to be our next coah but let's wait and see what Tstan does, hopefully the is smart enough to listen to the fans and make the best decision possible. I still remember when CPJ was...

  14. Vote: Should Georgia Tech Continue the "Option"?

I vote on an updated option out of the gun. Gives us more options for throwing , while keeping an offensive advantage, keeping current players and recruits, and less chance of a 2-3 year slump. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  15. Paul Johnson to retire

    Tstan on 680 now
  16. Potential Head Coach Hires

Don't think we will run the TO but maybe an updated option maybe one out of the gun. Wouldn't that be ideal at least from a transition standpoint, as we don't really have any players or recruits right now that are ideal for a standard offense?
  17. Paul Johnson to retire

From Gt email Paul Johnson, a three-time Atlantic Coast Conference Coach of the Year and Georgia Tech’s winningest football coach in more than five decades, has elected to step down as the Yellow Jackets’ head coach, he announced on Wednesday. “After 40 years of coaching, it’s time to take a...
