Unfortunately, Ma Tech doesn't teach much on luck in the engineering classes. That said, some of my best life outcomes have been purely dumb *** luck. If it works out that way for ADJB to name the right coach, I'm all for it.

I'm thinking when one coaches at an engineering school, maybe your process ought to squared away. We pay attention to that sort of thing as an employed fan base.

This doesn't really bother me. Everybody plays under the same umbrella regarding transfers, so for me, it's about having a coach with a program vision and executing that vision well.
