At least based on Kens article yesterday. Collins was pretty told after the Ole Miss game he had a week to figure this out or he was gone. So I think collins had to have known it was coming
Is this normal procedure with a dismissal? When cpj stepped down he had a team talk before the public announcement?
Honestly seems a bit odd and pretty cold for the school to this to the team. Something else must have gone down for them to treat the team that way if it's not normal procedure
That's pretty ****ty if true. Why would the GTAA not allow him to talk to the team ? Only reason I can think of is that the school was so over this **** show already and somehow collins was angry ?
What's sad is that many saw this exact outcome for both at the end of last season,
I wanted to give the new assistants a chance but I guess most were right . We should have let Collins go last year , and had a fresh start this year

Agree, the team needs our support and I truly hope we dont see a mass Exodus from them . But they have to know the school is putting them in a better spot for success

Collins out officially , Todd potentially next
11 million for his buyout, 250 million overall GTAA debt currently, and still need to secure a new coach .
But if we kept Collins who know how much more revenue we lose from lost ticket sales and lost donations
Key isn't ideal as the interim, was hoping for long. But also remember Key was hired on as assistant head coach. So I think he's technically the next man up
Regarding TStan, he hasn't been all bad but he also got us into this mess with collins then doubled down on his support when the fanbase...
