Its more the poor professionalism on the schools part, remember we still need to get a new AD and HC. That's not a good look on the school for new staff to see
I mean let's be real mid season firings probably never go smoothly. For Collins he probably still believes he could turn things around and , it was probably emotional being this was his dream job
