My wife’s purse. I tried to send ur ticket to a GT fan, but his father in law gave him tickets. So, he gave me $ for my opportunity cost, I’ll send ur way when u get back to civilization.
I think we got too cute with play calling. Part of it was the fact we recognized the importance of running the ball and stuck to it (after last game). But in general I agree. I saw a very risk averse play caller today
I get what Pnut wants to do. He wants to a Steve spurrier offense where we throw the ball down field and burn out the defense before we rip off big runs. I just think that’s a misguided strategy given our personnel.
You and I are 2 generations a part, have different uniform tastes, and view CGC from two different lens...but I also respect ur take. It’s always genuine and fair.

gold seats were ok - can’t expect the most delusional fanbase in America to mortgage trailer park for this many games. Thank you for selling to other GT fans! U made this game slightly more tolerable.
We had this discussion in another thread the other day: the d has looked a lot better (YoY), but it’s not reflected in the stats because they’re on the field for so long.
Sick of GT fans selling tickets. Either show up or eat the cost - don’t give them up to uga fans. Today was f*cking disgraceful. Anybody who sold tickets should be ashamed.
Exactly. But we lost a lot of defensive starters from LY’s defense. We had a relatively young defensive unit this year (and entire team for that matter). I would also argue that we were even less prepared to replace BA. The pass rush still sucks, but we’re better at run fits and man coverage.
No that’s ok. I’m just curious to see the YoY trend (or maybe a 5 year trend). An 87 ranking is not measurably better than what we had under Johnson’s DCs. As I said, the def looks better than it did under roof / woody. Better run fits, better coverage. It definitely wears down as the game...
Are these stats cumulative? I’m surprised we’re ranked so poorly on a “per drive” basis on defense. Eye ball test suggests we’re better on defense than previous years, but the stats don’t. I was assuming it was because our def is on the field way more.
Graham has all of the tools / talent. I think missing some wide open throws is on him (e.g. over throwing sanders on a wide open crossing route that would’ve gone for 6 against NCSU). But so much falls on OLine play (he is a freshman after all) and bad play design (why don’t we do more zone...
