My financial adviser is predicting a pull-back sometime in the Sept-Oct time frame. In fact I just moved some free cash over to her, and she is parking it in a high yield saving account for a couple of months to wait out the expected correction...
I don't know if I would say excited, but I am really curious to see if Ja'Quon Griffin can make an impact on the DL. He is REALLY short for a defensive lineman (roster generously lists him at 6' but I bet he is no more than 5'9" in reality), but if you watch his HS tape, his explosiveness is...
I 100% believe this happens now. There was an article a few years back about a defensive end at the Naval Academy (i'm sorry, I tried to find his name but could not) where he said that he was actively being recruited by several SEC schools to come play for them.
I just believe that the only...
And I agree with you. My point is that, until you eliminate the cheaters, you can't open up free transfers. Thus my statement about boosters and 100 dollar handshakes ruining it for the athletes...
This is where the boosters and the "100 dollar handshakes" hurt the athletes. The NCAA recognized years ago, that if players were allowed to transfer with no penalties, it would lead to the big schools "poaching" the best players off the smaller schools.
As a direct example, my brother-in-law...
From a statistical perspective we may get better, but without a significant improvement in performance, the on field results could look MUCH worse. Remember that our limited possession games masked a ton of flaws on the defensive side of the ball. We won't have that any longer.

It's definately not a cinematic masterpiece, but you are right I don't know that it is a terrible movie. I certainly like to watch it anytime I see it - even all these years later... :)
I turned down my dream school as well... So even in this small online community, you have two examples... Perhaps is it more common than you believe...
So I will keep harping on this book... If you liked The Three-Body Problem, the next book you should read is Anathem by Neal Stephenson. It’s a little slow at first while he is building his world, but once he hits critical mass watch out... The book runs close to 1000 pages and when it finished...
I didn’t even know about A Column of Fire. I loved the first two books. I’ll have to go find that one.
If you ever have a chance, each of the first two books have been turned into a miniseries. They are really well done! Periodically they pop up on either PBS or Starz Even having seen...
There is a trick to reading Les Miserables.... Read every other chapter... One chapter will be story and the next will be the author's commentary on the politics of the day... The story chapters are really interesting, but the soapbox chapters are a tough slog... Give the every other chapter...
Cox doesn't have the NW Florida market -- they only have the Gainesville market. The people who should really be pushing for Cox to carry the ACC network are the people in Virginia... Cox has both the Roanoke and NE Virginia markets...
If you are a serious Sherlock Holmes fan, Benedict Cumberbatch is good, but the series featuring Jeremy Brett set the bar so high no one else has ever even come close.
