    ABack Reverse

It also lets the QB give a full speed veer look, show the ball high and pitch without slowing. And it keeps the AB out of the trash if there were a run blitz.

Some Stidham content... Guy has a gun.

    ABack Reverse

This is on another thread as well, but the Griffin play is a counter trey (tackle pulls with guard) off of a faked rocket toss look. See 10:15 here: In this AB reverse, the QB/AB/BB action is veer and the line is hat on hat with a seal by Chamberlain, the LT. No one pulls; all of the action...

    That's TQM at QB.

Now I remember who Mills reminds me of …

We should probably keep a Marist BB on the roster as long as we are running the TO.

2009 Play... I have not seen since...

We ran the same with JJ Green twice against UGA -- and memorably with Orwin Smith -- but blocked it as a counter trey. The fullback as wrap blocker is cool, and could be killer with Dedrick.

Film Room The Summer Push Play 3

Looks like BM's false step could have been him reading Braun/Lee since the pull/downblock suggests belly. I guess Lee made a mistake, but could be part of a belly series designed to slow the playside 5 technique and LB?

    NCAA Baseball Tournament

I don't know if there was a rule change since I graduated in '06, but then it was legal to line your shinguard on the inside of the chalk with your heel at the corner of the plate. This way, if you don't move, they have a fractional view of plate and your knee will bend (and not blow out) if...

Film Room The Summer Push: Spring Game Play 2

I assume you mean #70, not #77. See above for what folks think about the "whiff." Would be informative to know what the rules are for Dedrick and Jazz in these situations. Their eyes are downfield -- not curling back.

It is true. We had 2.7 dedicated when I caught there. Alums have funded the rest since then.

Film Room Getting through the summer - Spring Game Slow Motion Play by Play #1

Unless TQ had pulled quickly and pitched off AJ in the alley -- could have been TQ/Qua 5 yards with CB to beat.

Now I remember who Mills reminds me of …

Watched some old Verron Haynes tape to see if they were similar. Haynes isn't as sudden or violent; was more of a bowling ball.

    Unleashing CTR's Defense

I also disagree. He may prefer to delegate D, but it's all his. And he'll even get tactical -- e.g. going into all of the D meetings last year and deciding to simplify.

2008, 2011, and 2014 all had new starting QBs

We lost 38-3. It was all a problem. Re Iowa, Adrian Claiborn had 2 sacks, but that one was a one score game with 2 minutes to go.

    Unleashing CPJ's Offense

I think he's going to be a really good blocker and dangerous on one-cut stuff like the Orwin counter.

Georgia Tech’s Inability to Land In-State Talent is Becoming Problematic

The write-ups on ESPN's insider recruiting (Scout, I think?) are pretty detailed for the top 500 or so. They definitely have watched film on those guys.
